You can request a full refund of your All-Access Pass within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. You don't need to explain, and we won't make you jump through hoops.
How to request a refund
Use our contact form and choose “Refund request,” or email support@altarsounds.com from the address you purchased with. Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
What happens to my downloads?
When a refund is issued, your All-Access Pass is deactivated and you'll no longer be able to download Altar Keys content. Please delete any files you downloaded, because the license to use them ends with the refund.

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, purchases are final after 14 days. If something isn't working, reach out anyway — we'll do our best to make it right.
